Justin Gaul has been a top producing real estate agent for over a decade. There are many skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional. Justin’s market knowledge, effective negotiating skills, hands-on management and offering the best customer service possible have always been top priority. Justin has always striven to service his clients with the highest degree of responsibility

and individual attention. He proves this by keeping himself accessible, being a good listener and communicator and responding quickly to all of his clients needs. Additionally Justin uses the latest technologies to help him do what he’s always done only much more quickly and efficiently which includes marketing for his clients to get their home sold or to help them find the home of their dreams. Justin is also the owner of Focus Appraisal Corporation with his sister Shannon. His father Bob Gaul who was both an appraiser and realtor for 25 years was his mentor in both appraising and real estate. Being born into the business, a passion for the industry was instilled into Justin at a young age. Being an appraiser gives Justin’s clients an advantage when it comes to price points and negotiating in the market place.
