cutback to about 12–18 inches removing any dead, diseased, or crossing branches to encourage stronger growth and fuller flowers.

fertilize with a slow-release fertilizer like hollytone right as they start waking up 🌱

✨ the combo of a hard prune + early spring feeding—is what will give those big, full blooms to enjoy all season long

This was an amazing client to work with, and she is right, the process got a little bit stressful. She used an FHA-203K loan to finance her first home. It was a HUD-owned (foreclosure) property that needed some updates, but it was a diamond in the rough. After her first GC (general contractor) bailed, I made sure she had access to the professionals she needed to turn the house into her dream home! She was amazing, she didn't let it discourage her and we ended closing on time despite the stricter FHA rules.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1. Automate your savings. Automatically deduct a percentage of your paycheck into a savings account so you won’t be tempted to spend it.

2. Get a side gig. Everyone has marketable skills they can capitalize on. Consider picking up a few hours of work a week or market your skills on sites like Fiver.

3. Create a budget. Cut out all unnecessary spending and stick to it! You'll start seeing the results immediately.

4. Save your bonuses and tax refunds. Take advantage of these large sums of money and jump start your savings in the beginning of the year.
