Wednesday I received a call from a referral stating an immediate need for a Property Evaluation of a home they were looking to purchase.
Their realtor told them the property was solid and didn’t need a Property Evaluation or Inspection.
We have been performing Property Evaluations & Consulting services for 20+ years for: HUD, FEMA, Weatherization, Project Monitor, Asbestos, LEAD, Residential and Commercial evaluations, Rehabilitation and Construction 🦺 monitoring.
90% of our projects come from referrals.
We completed the evaluation of the property and followed up with the client yesterday.
This was their response.

We’ve done some new home constructions. But, nothing this bad. I always laugh when people say they don’t need a project monitor for their new home construction.
They will pay $150,000 - $500,000 to have a home built. But, don’t want to pay $1,500-$3,000 to make sure that the home is being built correctly.
