SOLD!!! It’s been a busy summer and my clients have all been amazing to work with and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to work with them. Here’s a glimpse at a few recent closings.

1. Eric & Rachel found their first home in No. Stonington and all the pieces fell in place to have them in their home before their wedding, I couldn’t be happier for them.
2. Stacey, John, & Riley - man it was a ride, your journey was long but I love your new home and couldn’t be happier for you and for Riley to be able grow up in a beautiful country home.
3. Emily & Matt - we started at condos and ended at a great first home not far from where you both grew up to start the next chapter in your life together.

New London county statistics for April. Market is still pretty hot even with rates up, there’s been a bit of a slow down in number of buyers due to rates but low inventory is keeping it competitive. Reach out to me if you’re interested in buying/selling.

Stay vigilant and try to get creative with properties that may not seem as updated and aren't newly listed on the market. I've had a lot of success with finding homes that have been on the market longer than newly listed and completely updated homes. If you can see the potential in a home that has good bones and you can keep your purchase price where you are comfortable, all while taking advantage of low interest rates and minimum down payment (so you have extra cash for remodel and fixes) then you're in a good position.

Three of the four major U.S. regions reported growth in monthly sales, while the fourth region held steady in November. From a year-over-year perspective, only one region experienced a rise in sales as the three others saw home sales decline.
