Three closings in the books, and each one tells the same story: patience and persistence win.

**Deal #1** - Representing the buyer, we hit a septic issue that pushed our timeline back. What could’ve derailed everything became an opportunity to address it properly. My client stayed patient through the repair process, and we navigated the additional inspections until everyone felt confident moving forward.

**Deal #2** - Representing the seller, we faced an unexpected mover delay that was completely out of our control. When the moving company can’t make the original closing date, you need flexibility on both sides. My client worked with us to adjust timelines, showing the kind of patience that makes deals happen.

**Deal #3** - Representing the seller, we encountered buyer financing delays that tested everyone’s nerves. Multiple extensions, more documentation, and moments where it felt uncertain. But my client trusted the process and stayed the course until the lender came through.

Real estate isn’t always smooth. Septic systems need attention. Movers reschedule. Lenders need more time. What separates successful transactions from failed ones isn’t avoiding problems—it’s having the right people in your corner when they arise, and the resolve to work through them.

Grateful for clients who trust the process and understand that the best outcomes often require a little extra patience. One buyer with keys in hand, two sellers celebrating their next chapter.
