We got this beautiful new construction closed today in Freeport. Always a pleasure working with my friends at Grayton Homes! Their floor plans and attention to detail make their homes easy to love. 🥰
It took two months of touching base after the initial call off my listing before the buyer committed to getting negotiations started. Anyone who has worked in sales knows that there is a fine line between follow-up and encouragement; and turning someone off. I just felt deeply that this was "the one" for these buyers and confident in facilitating a meeting of the minds. These negotiations took place from my computer in my camper and while on hiking trails and at restaurants. Special shoutout to my friends and family for rolling with the punches as I TCB. I'm beyond grateful for the opportunity to earn the buyers' trust and for us to deliver for seller and buyers!

As both an educator and someone who cares deeply about families and community, this time of year always brings so much emotion. Seeing friends share photos and memories of their children, family members, and loved ones reaching these moments has truly touched my heart. Behind every cap toss or ceremony is years of hard work, growth, sacrifice, support, and love.
