How to Stage Your Main Bedroom

If you're looking to spruce up your main bedroom, these 5 small changes can make a world of difference. 🌎

1. Upgrade your bedding with a solid color duvet cover, chunky quilt, and lots of pillows!
2. Clear your nightstands and add large matching lamps to each side of the bed.
3. Remove any items on the floor that aren't furniture.
4. Update artwork and remove pictures that don't coordinate with your vibe.
5. Add a pop of green with a live or fake plant!

How long should I wait for the seller to respond to my offer?

Typically, we say sellers should respond within 24-48 hours. However, there's not really a "rule" in regards to the amount of time sellers have to make a decision. It's important that the sellers have time to really think about the offer, while also showing common courtesy to the buyers by responding within 24-48 hours.
