This FWB home went through an incredible transformation. We raised the original 8ft ceilings of this ranch home to 9ft tall. There was a 300 sq ft primary/bath addition and a 400 sq ft garage added to the home. The home got all new trusses, impact windows, electrical wiring, hvac ducts, and primary bath plumbing. We had to find matching bricks and add about 16” to the existing exterior wall and patch bricks around the new windows.

All homes are not built the same. This home has zip board sheathing, plywood roof decking, 2 by 6 exterior walls, spray foam insulation, PGT impact windows, all 20 amp circuits… That’s before we hire only quality subcontractors to do the work. Some crews have worked with us for over 20 years!

We are super pumped to show you one of our homestead custom builds. Matt and Erin Lohman are not just customers, but close friends. We have been neighbors in the past and this is their 2nd build with us! Their home was custom designed by them and we love how it turned out.

We are building the 2nd Jay Fl custom home in a row. This is not your normal neighborhood. This homestead sits on 23 beautiful acres! We are seeing more of our customers push out to large parcels

Check out our Grand Oaks custom! It’s a repost if you follow my personal page. Danny and I worked on this design over a span of two years before we knew we got it right. Building a home from the ground up is not easy. It will definitely cost more then purchasing an existing home, but the experience is so rewarding. You get the exact home you want.
