Another sale CRUSHED!

This one tested us at every point but I always found a way to make sure things were fixed and in favor of my clients!

Another deal closed! 🤩

This one was not the smoothest transaction we have ever had… to say the least, but was nothing we couldn’t handle!

A special thank you to for jumping in to save the day on the lending side and getting this awesome property clear to close in less than a week for my clients! Had one of the “big guy” mortgage companies put us in a terrible spot but nothing a local lender can’t figure out!
