In what’s working to become the worst year ever, a piece of my heart is now missing…

Sasquatch LeStat Pritchard-Parrish was so much more than a cat — he was my pride and joy, my little hairy boy, my snuggle buddy. Handsome, incredibly soft, endlessly fluffy, and so sweet.

It’s with a heavy heart that I share he’s crossed the rainbow bridge. I feel super lucky that he chose me to be his person. 17.5 beautiful years together - and it still doesn’t feel like enough.

Thank you to everyone who ever loved on him or understood his unique qualities and special place in my heart and our family. He was truly one of a kind. 🐾💜

Blinked and it’s May…

Swipe for your list of things to do in OKC this month ➡️

Some highlights from April:
- Checked out Art in Bloom at the OKCMOA. Such cool floral renditions of the art. It smelled super good too!
- Tried out high tea at the Bradford House - 5 stars! So good & so fun. Highly recommend
- Caught a show at the Jones Assembly - my fav music venue in the city.
- Listed a house for sale. It's spacious, has so much charm, and best of all - is located on a green belt!

I think about the earth everyday, but wanted to share this in celebration of Earth Day!

🌿 Some of the bigger changes we’ve made this year:

✂️ Retired the gas mower and got an electric lawnmower

🧤 Boosted our attic insulation to reduce heating/cooling needs

🔧 Swapped to a tankless water heater for better efficiency

⚡️ Leveled up to an electric car

We’re always learning and trying — and we know that every change, big or small, adds up.

💚 Happy Earth Day from our little patch of the planet to yours.

P.S. I’ve also got my NAR Green Designation, because sustainability matters in real estate too!

It depends on circumstances, but these are the most common reasons I've seen past clients make the move:

- A growing family & the need for more space
- New job or a job transfer
- Remote work creating location flexibility
- Desire to be closer to family
- Retiring or downsizing
- Seeking a better quality of life (shorter commute, less traffic, closer to nature)

If you're in this position, it might help to ask yourself:
