So, To sell real estate here in Michigan I have to take the 40 hour class unless I decide to become a broker. I have enough hours and experience to jump right into that. Thought about taking the class to get some experience in the way Michigan transactions work, but maybe I will get the Broker license. I'd probably be saving money by only taking 1 test instead of 2 and I can get the experience with a broker license as well. ❤️
