He started out in construction with his father and his company Michaels Contracting Services & Licensed Plumbing gaining much valuable knowledge of the entire construction/house flipping business. He quickly took to the selling side of the business and has proven to be a tremendous asset with his forward thinking

and ability to get homes sold quickly and for top dollar. He is currently an active consultant to the company and its real estate transactions and holdings. He is also the Director of Career Development for Coldwell Banker Prime Properties. He oversee the training department and new trainees as well as running various "Technology Boot Camps" and other programs to help veteran agents. His most recent professional venture has been taking over the Niskayuna office as manager adding his expertise and knowledge of Real Estate to an already great group of agents.
