The May Housing Report is in...
The question clients most frequently ask is "what's the market like?" It's an important one and a good place to start as we try to understand how local supply and demand affect list price to close price ratios, days on market and are indicators of future value.
Across the state, the spring market started later this year but has come on strong. Inventory is up but so are sales. Days on market are also up, closer to the 45-60 day range. Annectdotally, over 50%+ of my transactions continue to go to multiple offers. There is strong demand for properties that are priced right (across a range of price points)
