✨ Bittersweet closing day. ✨

My very first listing as an independent realtor officially closed today! 🏡

It all started with a little persistence. I connected with the Sellers last fall when their property had expired from the market. Life brought a big change for them and they received a new job opportunity that meant they needed to relocate out of state.

Once the weather started warming up we got their property back on the market and created a fresh plan to showcase what made this place special. From adjusting the timing, highlighting the property's unique features, and getting it in front of the right buyers, we were able to get it sold!

While I’m excited to celebrate a successful closing, it’s also a little bittersweet. Selling a lake property often means closing a chapter filled with memories, but I’m grateful I was able to help my sellers transition into their next adventure. One of my favorite parts of working with first-time buyers isn't just getting them under contract it's watching how much they grow throughout the process.

It all starts with our buyer consultation, where we talk through every step so there are no surprises. Then comes the fun part: touring homes, learning what to look for, and discovering that house hunting is one of the few times it's acceptable to snoop through every cabinet and pantry. 😂
