This 26,240 SF multi-tenant industrial property has been a cornerstone for several local businesses, and we're grateful to have had the opportunity to represent the sellers throughout the process.

Our Summit team grabbed coffee and held our end-of-week meeting there this morning, and it was the perfect spot, great seating, solid coffee, and a really cool atmosphere right next to Roosevelt Park on the corner of 8th & Coffman!

Our weekly Friday meeting took us to MECO Coffee Collective on a chilly Longmont morning! We moved our office to Downtown Longmont at the end of 2025, and we love being able to hold meetings in some of our favorite downtown spots!

🦃 Every Mile Counts: Thanksgiving Fundraiser for Community Food Share

This Thanksgiving marks Rachel Austefjord's third year running the Buffalo Turkey Trot — an 8K (about 5 miles) race she does each year with her boyfriend’s family in New York.
The goal: finish under 50 minutes (which she’s 50/50 on)… and this year is no different.

But this November, she wants to make every mile count.

🏃‍♀️ Throughout the month, Rachel is donating $1 for every training mile she runs to Community Food Share
, which helps feed families right here in Boulder County.

🐾 Her husky, Rye, has joined her on nearly every run since she started in 2023 — and since Rye’s putting in the work too, any run with her will count double ($2 per mile).

On race day, she’ll donate:
• $50 if she finishes over 50 minutes
• $100 if she breaks 50 minutes 🎯

If you’d like to join her, you can:
