This one is close to our hearts, our latest flip. This weekend we went in, cleaned, mowed, did all the last minute things to make this house a home for it's new owners. As we were locking up for the last time, we were both emotional.

See when we do a flip, we look at it as giving life back to a home, creating a space that we would not only love like our own, but would be proud of.

🔥Two more Under Contract 🔥

To say this last week was busy would be an understatement! When in a what we would call a balanced market (neither buyer or seller have the upper hand) the negotiations can sometimes take longer, be less straight forward, and sometimes come with very creative strategies. These two took about a week each to negotiate all the needed terms for all parties involved, but with their trust and our expertise we got them all under contract and heading to the closing table!
