It is updated with some newer fixtures and a new stove. Although it does not have laundry in the unit, the laundry room is in the room next door, adjacent to this available unit. The laundry room is shared with the other three units and has coin laundry.

I have two units becoming available in Nixa at the end of June. One is 2bed/1.5 bath 1100sq.ft with laundry hook-up Townhome. 2nd is 2bed/1 bath first floor apartment with a walk-out to a patio it has a common area coin Landry room adjacent to the unit. They have been lived in for several years in need much done before we can have them ready. Great place to live.

We have 2 townhomes opening up soon. One should be available next week (2 bedroom 1.5 bath), and one available by May 15th (2 bedroom 1 bath. Rents should be between $560 -$580. I will know more when I get in them. They will be listed on Zillow with pictures. Request information and showing through Zillow after you see the listing. I should know more about the first one tonight and my have it listed tonight.

Nixa....I currently have a 2 bedroom 2 bath town home ready for the next occupant. This unit has laundry hook-up inside the unit. Pets are permitted if the breed is approved, however, extra fees for pet will apply. Newer carpet throughout.

We are a private landlord. We will take low credit scores if the financial situation is stable and income is 3 times the current rent rate, but no evictions, must have a satisfactory background check. $30 fee when application is turned in to run the credit and background check.
