Found this interesting bug on one of our beautiful trees today!

👉 Fun fact about this bug: It is a Mealybug Destroyer larva (Cryptolaemus montrouzier)bug.

Despite its mealybug-like appearance, it is actually a beneficial garden insect that acts as a natural pest control.

Since it helps with pest control, we decided to sign a lease with this Cryptolaemus montrouzier bug and let him rent out our trees 😉

Ronnie is the new full time, on site maintenance technician here at Pheasant Run Apartments. He is already working hard, and we are so thankful to have him here! Ronnie has been in this industry for over 30 years and is excited to help our residents with all their maintenance needs.
