This reminds me of Courtney White-Ayres and a couple of others. The one who did the most damage to me was Amber Aiello. She beat me physically and emotionally to the point that I thought nothing of myself. When I finally got up the courage to call it off—after being told and convinced that no one else would ever have me—I met Courtney Ayres from HFA in Bentonville.
Oh, she was the light of my life. I would do, and did, absolutely anything that she asked of me. When I upset her by calling her out on some of her flaws, she started the same behavior. She knew how to win and exactly what would hurt me because I had told her. She exploited every single hurtful thing that she knew would demoralize me.
That sucked, but she didn't stop there (more to come on that in the book). As an architect for HFA, whose biggest client is Walmart, one of their leading real estate professionals made a comment to her, and I agreed with him—even though I didn’t agree with how he treated her while he did it.
Then I met Johanna, and we had a brief two- to three-month relationship. During that time, I met an amazing woman and decided that things with Johanna weren't going to work out. Since I hurt her feelings, she decided to go back and talk to Courtney, as well as my ex-wife Jennifer and Amber. They decided that because I was such a bad dude, they would destroy my life.
If there’s anyone out there who knows me, they know that I am not a harmful person. I do not like to hurt people; I choose to try to help them and lift them up. A reason why Jennifer and I got into the business to begin with was to help people. But with the knowledge they had of my personal well-being and my past, they decided to use that against me as a group. They started posting things on Facebook and on a girls' forum, and it kept building. They kept doing things, with Johanna probably being the architect of this particular situation because she had already stolen two businesses from her exes. She nudged them on to encourage them and gave her viewpoint—having done it before—on how they could steal my business and ruin my life.
Well, at this point, they executed very well. However, they didn’t realize all of them were treating me exactly the way they didn’t want to be treated and had been treated in the past. I’ve been told not to write this or not to say anything to anyone because it would just rock the boat and cause problems. Well, when you get to the point where they have already taken everything, what else is left to lose?
So I assume HFA in Bentonville, as well as Walmart corporate (their biggest client), along with the businesses and the money that Johanna has stolen from her exes in the past, and the business that my ex has now stolen from me very illegally—with help from an attorney, with complete disregard for the law, and with zero give-a-sh*t from the OCDC. My ex-wife used our corporate attorney to orchestrate this complete sham of a complaint, petition, lawsuit, or whatever you want to call it. It was complete—and still is complete—nonsense.
They went as far as to exploit a former minor-league baseball player that I was renting a home from. Courtney didn’t particularly care for the fact that I moved into "her neighborhood." I didn’t give two sh*ts about her at that point; that was just the best opportunity for me at the time as far as the place went, and I loved it. But when the lease was coming to an end, after I had already negotiated and spoken with the owner about extending the lease for one more year so I could find a home with one very special person, within three weeks of the lease expiring, apparently they came to an agreement to not let me stay there. So he said no, he wasn’t going to do that, I guess, in what he told his property management company. I won’t call them out by name—you can look them up. They’re out of Fayetteville, actually a reputable company throughout the nation, just not there.
So, while having all of this documentation of the agreement, I assumed everything was fine despite the property management company's claim that they were now not going to renew my lease. This was even though the homeowner had already said in writing and verbally that he would. Having been a broker for 20 years, I should’ve known better than to just accept somebody’s word.
Within about a week's time, they were able to use Arkansas‘s way outdated landlord-tenant rights to have a sheriff kick me out of my house and take all of my personal belongings—over $100,000—and all of the memories that I cherish. Then they used the court once again to uphold those extremely outdated landlord-tenant laws and basically steal all of my stuff—all of my things.
There is a whole lot more to the story, and I guess since everything's been stolen from me, I’m going to have to put it in a book in order to recover part of my life and at least cleanse my soul a little bit from the damage that they’ve done.
Facebook has allowed them to create these little subgroups and come together to exploit people however they like, because they can—like they put it in their fine writing, they put whatever they want. One thing that I did that was obviously a huge mistake was being honest with each and every single individual involved in this entire situation and saying, "Hey, go ahead and talk to that other person and ask them, because I’m telling you the truth." Instead, they got together and decided, "We’ve got enough ammunition," backed by my ex-wife’s mommy and daddy‘s money, the stolen money from Johanna‘s ex-husbands or ex-boyfriends (whatever you want to call them), and Courtney‘s very intelligent and astute investing and hard work. I will not take that away from any of them—they all work very hard, except for Jennifer. She works hard, but only sees it as if she did everything, while nobody else actually did the other 90% of the work that she didn’t do.
So here I am, putting together the rest of the documentation while still begging the courts for 10 months to keep Jennifer from destroying evidence—to no avail. They won’t listen to me because of the attorney who should not be representing her, as it’s a conflict of interest; he already knew all of this stuff about me, Jennifer, and our business. The state of Missouri will not listen to me. Nobody will listen.
I will find a way to get the word out, and I will continue to do what I’ve done this entire time: tell the truth—100% the truth. Ask me, and I’ll tell you. If you can’t verify it, I’ll find a way to help you verify the information because I’m not a liar and I’m not a POS. I will, however, one of these days be given my right under the Constitution to face my accusers in court. Unfortunately, at this point, with our attorney—I mean, her attorney (she literally changed two words in the name of the company)—I haven't been afforded that right. Still, everything has been stolen and taken away.
I’ve been through everything that I possibly can to try to make sure that I do everything legally, so as not to pose any extra problems for myself that these people have not already brought on. But it all started with Jennifer spending money from one property owner’s account to satisfy another property owner‘s account. When I called her out on it and told her I wanted her to be accountable for her own actions, this is the course that she took. I was a broker for 20 years for the company; she was a broker for two months because I didn’t want to be responsible for her actions anymore. She took action, and one of these days she’s going to be held accountable for all of those actions.
There will be more than the book to come. I’m sure it’ll probably make it online or to the news before a book ever actually appears, even though it’s halfway written. It’s just completely and totally disheartening to know that, having been a champion of women’s rights and trying to do the best that I can to support that—which was part of the disagreement with Courtney; she really should have probably been her boss's boss, but because she’s a woman, she was passed over, and I didn’t agree with that and still don’t—after all the things that I’ve tried to do my entire life, and especially these last two years to support and help everyone (especially these particular individuals), they decided to do to me exactly what they felt had been done to them. It’s appalling.
So I would request just one thing of everyone, man or woman: before you start to hurt somebody else, take a look in the mirror. I had to do it before. It’s not the easiest thing to realize your own faults—we all have them—but to turn somebody’s insecurities and trusted relationships around to hurt them and try to destroy them is unforgivable.
