Indiana weather is keeping us on our toes. ⛈️

With the storms expected to come through, I hope everyone stays safe tonight. A few quick reminders:

✔️ Secure patio furniture, umbrellas, trampolines & anything that could blow around
✔️ Charge phones and devices
✔️ Know where flashlights are (and maybe check those batteries 😊)
✔️ Keep an eye on your sump pump if you have one
✔️ Check on neighbors who may need an extra hand

If the storms leave behind any surprises, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Over the years I’ve built relationships with roofers, contractors, tree companies, and other trusted local professionals, and I’m always happy to help connect you.

Stay safe, friends. 🏡

“The moment you stop living by default and start living by design, change stops being a threat and becomes the doorway to who you’re meant to be.”
This one stuck with me today. ❤️
Thank you CrossCountry Mortgage for the invite to the Tom Ferry event in Indianapolis. I’m grateful I had the opportunity to spend the day in a room filled with talented agents, lenders, and people who all share the same mission — helping others through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
My biggest takeaway — this business will always be about people. Listening better. Communicating better. Learning more. Showing up prepared.
The market will continue to change, technology will continue to change, and I want to continue growing right along with it.

✨ Pending ✨

This one has a story behind it.

I’ve known this buyer for a while. Over a year ago we found a house, went under contract, and unfortunately… it just wasn’t meant to be.
Those moments are always disappointing, and I never take that lightly. But one thing I always tell my clients is:
“Someday, when the right one works out, you may look back and be thankful the other one didn’t.”
And that is exactly what happened. ❤️
After taking a little break from looking, I saw this home hit the market and immediately thought of him. It checked the boxes. It felt like the one.
He loved it too, but the timing wasn’t quite right… and before we knew it, someone else was under contract.
Same conversation again — “If it’s meant to be yours, it has a way of working out.”
Fast forward about 30 days… an unexpected turn of events brought this home back on the market at the exact time everything fell into place for my buyer.
We got a second chance at the house that felt right from the beginning. 🏡
I truly could not be happier for him.

Sometimes real estate is about patience. Sometimes it’s about timing. And sometimes the house you thought you lost finds its way back to you. ❤️

Tomorrow’s open house schedule 🏡

11–1: 939 Mulberry St in Noblesville
2–4: 211 N Ridge Rd in Muncie

211 N Ridge went live yesterday afternoon and is already pending, but I’ll still be there tomorrow afternoon. Early in a transaction, I like to keep momentum going and continue meeting interested buyers just in case anything changes during inspections or timelines.

The seller also did a great job preparing the home before hitting the market, and it really showed. Professional photography, preparation, pricing, and marketing all play a big role in creating strong early interest and helping a home stand out online.

If you’re out and about this weekend, stop by and say hi!

NEW LISTING + OPEN HOUSE 🏡

📍 211 N Ridge Rd, Muncie, IN
🕑 Open House Saturday 2–4 PM

Tucked away on a quiet street just minutes from Ball State University, this updated 3-bedroom home is ready for its next owner.

Fresh paint, new carpet, new appliances, and natural light throughout give the home a bright, refreshed feel from the moment you walk in. The layout is comfortable and functional, with practical storage and updates already completed so you can move right in.

The backyard is one of my favorite parts of this home — featuring a covered patio, privacy fence, and space to enjoy summer nights, morning coffee, or hosting friends. Plus, the oversized 1-car garage gives you extra storage space for tools, hobbies, or seasonal items.

Come see it in person Saturday from 2–4!
Message me for more details. 😊

40 door hangers, one rainy afternoon, and an assistant who accepted payment in tacos 🌮😂

Today we spent the afternoon inviting neighbors to an open house coming up this Saturday in Muncie from 2–4 PM.

Neighbors are often the first to know someone wanting to move nearby, so I always believe these little extra touches matter.

Real estate isn’t always glamorous. Sometimes it’s rain, wet shoes, signs, door hangers, and hoping the weather cooperates. But I truly love the work behind it all.

Address coming tomorrow once we officially go live 😊

Spent some time this week out in Westfield touring new construction again — and both Pulte Homes and David Weekley Homes continue to do such a great job walking buyers through the process and helping things feel less overwhelming.
I also got to catch up with an old friend, Lexi, who works with David Weekley, and tour a neighborhood that caught my attention because of the price point for Westfield. Those opportunities are getting harder to find.
Whether you’re ready to build soon or just starting to explore what’s out there, I’m always happy to walk neighborhoods with you, compare builders, explain upgrades/options, or help you decide if new construction even makes sense for your situation.
Here are a few photos from the neighborhood this week 👇
If you’d ever like me to show you around, just send me a message.

Getting a home ready to sell can feel overwhelming sometimes. Between decluttering, projects, paint colors, repairs, staging, photos, and trying to figure out what buyers actually care about… it’s a lot.
One of the things I love most about my job is helping sellers walk through that process step by step so they don’t feel like they’re doing it alone. Sometimes it’s big changes, but honestly, sometimes it’s just the right guidance and a plan.
I’m getting ready to bring another home to the market in Muncie next week, and it’s a great example of how thoughtful updates and preparation can completely change the feel of a home.

This one features:
• 3 bedrooms
• 1 bath
• Granite countertops
• New flooring
• New appliances
• Garage + fenced yard
• Lots of natural light
• Convenient location near Ball State

Summer can be a great time to sell, and if you’ve been thinking about making a move but don’t know where to start, I’d love to help you come up with a plan that feels manageable and realistic for you.
