s are extactic about making this eye sore a beautiful new apartment complex that they can be proud of and at the same time increase thier property values. I need your help in getting this project off the gound. As I had barely enough cash on hand to purchase this unit, and believe me it was no easy feat getting this purchased. Now we need to get the monies together to rehab the entire complex. Here's what I will promise you. There will be a Film crew following us around shooting everything we do and how we go from ugly non usable to amzingly beautiful and a waiting list of people wanting to rent these units. I am going to give away my secrets to the donors. I have never told anyone how I buy these units at extremely low costs and then how to rehab them at extemely low costs and make them awesome places to live and see. There will be levels of what you can receive depending on how generous you can be to this project.
