Closed on Monday with this amazing couple, and this one definitely deserves a celebration! ❤️

When we say some real estate transactions aren’t easy… boy, was this one rocky. There were twists, turns, stressful moments, and at one point, we truly weren’t sure we were going to make it to the closing table.

But we kept pushing, everyone worked together, and WE MADE IT! 🙌

Being able to sit at the closing table and finally welcome this sweet couple into their gorgeous new home was such an exciting moment for everyone involved.

These are the closings that remind me why I love what I do. Sometimes getting the keys takes a little extra fight — but seeing those smiles at the end makes every bit of it worth it. 🗝️🏠❤️

🏡 Another Happy Homeowner in Lapel, IN! 🎉

Huge congratulations to my client on closing on her new home yesterday in Lapel, Indiana!

This one was definitely a journey. The first home we went after didn’t work out—we were up against another offer that had a contingency in place. Once that contingency was removed, the deal was already tied up and we lost that opportunity.

But as it turns out… everything happens for a reason.
