It has recently been brought to our knowledge that the provider of our office phone system did not properly set up our voicemail account. Due to this we have missed countless voicemails from potential customers for the last 2 years. We are very disappointed in this situation as we know the frustration some must feel that their calls were not returned. We had all intentions of returning these phone calls since we found out, but unfortunately the tech deleted them without prior consent. For this we deeply apologize and hope those who called may decide to give us another chance! That being said, we are getting this situation remedied and look forward to assisting all future calls and customers!

Norma Jackson was an NISD teacher for 30 years who dedicated her life to working with Special Education students and the impact she made in their lives will continue beyond the sadness of this moment. Mrs. Jackson was more than a teacher she was a friend, mentor and leader and she will be missed dearly.
