15-year term or 30-years? I think you can always do a 30-year mortgage and make extra payments to pay if there are no penalties. Or you can always use the handy dandy trick we always pass along to clients which is to break your monthly payment into 2 and make two payments within a one month span. this helps eliminate some of the interest..What is your opinion? Share with me in the comments below.
