We had our Million Dollar Lunch today for agents who closed $1M+ in volume during the first quarter, and it was a great reminder of what happens when you put talented agents in the right environment.

As I was looking around the room, I couldn’t help but think about the agents I talk to regularly who absolutely could have been sitting there with us.

The reality is success in real estate isn’t just about working harder. It’s about having the right systems, support, accountability, and people around you helping you get where you want to go.

Everyone wants to know the difference between the agents who grow and the agents who stay stuck.

After years of leading agents, I’ve realized it’s usually not talent.

It’s not who has the best personality.
It’s not who works the longest hours.
It’s not even who gets the most leads.

The agents who grow are willing to do 3 things:

1️⃣ Audit their business honestly.
They know exactly where their business comes from and where they’re wasting time.

2️⃣ Put themselves in environments that challenge them.
Growth rarely happens when everyone around you is operating at the same level.

3️⃣ Stay consistent when it’s boring.
Most agents quit the activities that work because they don’t see immediate results.

The agents who stay stuck usually keep waiting for something external to change.

The agents who grow become the change.
