Update on the Catlett 5-acre lot coming soon. The Health Department was about ready to approve the septic certification. The County representative in planning decided it needed a larger reserve drain field. So additional soil work and another survey of drain field required. Waiting for Soil company to get the CAD file of revised survey to submit to Health Department, then should be approved. Once we have the Septic Certification it will go Active!
I will upload a survey plat, and findings from soil company along with septic certification. We are thinking about 15-30 to have everything approved and the property listed. If you or someone you know is in the real estate market to buy or sell, please have them contact me.
