🏡 Inspection day in Lorton!

A general home inspection gives buyers a great overview of the home and its major systems, but sometimes it makes sense to bring in a specialist for a deeper look.

This home has mini-split HVAC systems, which aren’t the most traditional setup we tend to see. While a home inspector can check that the system is operating and identify visible concerns, an HVAC specialist has system-specific training and diagnostic tools that allow them to evaluate the equipment more thoroughly.

They can take a closer look at how the system is performing, its components and overall condition, and help the buyer better understand potential maintenance or repairs she may need to plan for down the road.

My buyer wanted that extra information, so we brought in Twin Air, LLC for a separate HVAC inspection.
