This is our latest finished project in Rockvale, Tennessee. This home had some significant issues. We learned a lot with this one! The transformation of this home, as shown in the before and after pictures, is astonishing!

Our California home was already beautiful. But our yards needed some improvements.

Our first-ever restoration project was when we were living in Honolulu. We were living in the house while doing renovation projects. It took us 6 years to complete: new roof, new floors, new bathrooms, new open concept kitchen, new windows and doors, solar system upgrade, full electrical overhaul, and correction of crocked walls. It paid off!

Our newest project in Nashville is under contract! Stunning renovation that took this small home into the newest jewel on the block. The before and after pics are in!

Our first Nashville restoration project is about to close in few days. The before and after transformation is stunning! Neighbors in the community are very happy with the improved property. We are partnering with one of them for our next project, only few homes down the street. This is the Reelfoot Subdivision, only 7 minutes from the Nashville Airport. We are improving communities, one home at a time.
