When someone is buying or selling, I don’t just “recommend a name.” I take the time to understand their goals and personally connect them with an agent who fits their personality, their timeline, and their market.

Say hello to Sharky.
So my Mom and I were shopping at our favorite second hand/thrift shop (Hope's Closet) and as I went down an aisle I did a bit of a double take and saw Sharky. I may have a morbid sense of humor but the leg and his beady eyes, and little teeth cracked me up. I wavered back and forth on whether or not I really needed a shark with a severed leg; so I decided to look him up. He's a collectable toy from a toy designer named Eric Althin on his "Sad Salesman" website... he sells for $80.00 (when he's in stock).
I did not wake up this morning intending to buy a shark holding a leg at the greatly reduced price of $3.99 this morning but here we are. I have him sitting on a shelf in my bathroom.
I still haven't found a hippo though.
