Hey Friends! With several big announcements to come, I wanted to take the time to reintroduce myself, my company & my journey into real estate ✨
My name is Lauren Summers & I was born and bred in Georgia. I own the real estate firm located in Downtown Norcross known as Pure One Realty. I bring unique local insights to the realm of real estate developed through my personal journey of becoming a homeowner at just 19 years old and my corporate career in forecasting & analytics. I decided to go full-time into real estate 6 years ago and I haven't looked back since.
My passion lies not only in facilitating transactions but in empowering clients with the knowledge to cultivate wealth through property ownership.
In my spare time, I'm deeply engaged in my community. I serve on the Board for Norcross's Downtown Development Authority, volunteer with several nonprofits across Gwinnett County, and actively participate in my church. Additionally, I'm passionate about advocating for affordable, quality housing.
As a Real Estate Broker, I stand out by merging my understanding of the local market with a commitment to education, guiding my clients toward informed decisions that echo the impact real estate can have on their lives. My mission is clear: to share my journey, expertise, and dedication to help others achieve the same sense of fulfilment and financial security that real estate has brought me.
Currently, I am working on additional certifications and licensing to add to my expertise in the real estate industry, but more on that later.
