I’ve had the privilege of selling 3 homes in this small neighborhood in the past year. All have been under contract within a weekend and all over-asking.

The first homeowner tried selling FSBO for nearly 6 months with no success. Once they hired me, we had it under contract in a weekend.

They referred me to their neighbors.

Six months ago, I helped those neighbors sell with multiple offers, over asking price, and terms that worked beautifully for their family.

And now their neighbors have officially closed too! 🎉

Just like the last two homes, we received multiple offers in just 3 days, sparked a bidding war, sold over asking price, and negotiated terms that exceeded my sellers’ expectations. 🙌

I literally had so much fun at my client appreciation event that I forgot to take photos! 😂Getting to catch up, meet family members, watch kids run around, and spend time together outside of real estate is one of my favorite parts of this job. ❤️

The strawberries were delicious, the weather was absolutely perfect, and Hickory Ridge Farm was so welcoming and hospitable as always.

And thank you to Angelo for providing a beautiful basket for one special mom. Such a thoughtful touch and so appreciated. 🧺✨

Helped two amazing military families today! 🖤🏡

One family secured a rental in Great Bridge…which is NOT easy to find right now 😅 and another had their offer accepted in their dream neighborhood!

What makes both of these even more special is that both families are currently living out of state and trusted me completely to help guide them through finding their new homes here in Hampton Roads. That trust is something I never take lightly.

Military relocations can feel stressful and overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to make huge decisions from hundreds or thousands of miles away.
