Behind every “SOLD” sign is a story 📖🏡

This Norfolk sale definitely earned one.

What looked simple on the outside turned into a journey filled with setbacks, unexpected financing issues, changing negotiations, and almost THREE failed contracts before we finally found the right buyer.

There were moments where taking the easy route would’ve been tempting. But real estate isn’t about forcing deals... it’s about protecting my client’s best interests, even when the process gets difficult 💪

From student loan surprises affecting approvals to terms changing once contracts were written, this transaction was a reminder that experience and persistence truly matter.

In the end, we got the job done and secured a deal that made sense for the seller’s goals 🙌
