We are currently accepting applications for our newly renovated one-bedroom apartments (540 sq. ft.), starting at $1,066 per month.

Talbot Park Apartments is an income-restricted community. Applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least two times the monthly rent and must not exceed the following annual household income limits:
• 1-person household: $45,240
• 2-person household: $51,720
• 3-person household: $58,200
• 4-person household: $64,620

Student Status Requirement
Please note that households consisting entirely of full-time students are not eligible for our affordable housing program. For eligibility purposes, students enrolled in K–12 schools are considered full-time students, as are individuals enrolled in any college or university coursework.
If at least one household member is not a student, the household may still qualify, provided all other eligibility requirements are met.

Application Information
• Application fee: $33 per adult

• Security deposit: Equal to one month's rent and not to exceed two months' rent, depending on credit approval
• Current special: $750 security deposit for all standard approvals (subject to change at any time)

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet, with a maximum weight limit of 35 lbs. per pet. All pets must be approved by management prior to being brought onto the property.

Additional Features & Amenities
• Wi-Fi service: $23 per month (optional)
• Washer/dryer rental: $40 per month (optional)
• Newly renovated interiors with updated kitchens and bathrooms
• Central air conditioning and heating (HVAC)
• Hardwood-style flooring
• Upgraded plumbing fixtures
