The Federal Reserve’s December 2024 projections don’t add up. Powell revised 2026 GDP growth UP from 1.8% to 2.3%, kept unemployment flat at 4.4%, but still projects inflation DOWN—while cutting rates and printing $40 billion monthly. Part 2 of 3 examining the Fed’s December 2024 policy shift and what commercial real estate brokers need to know about the incoming liquidity wave.
