🏡 Under Contract — and this one is extra special! 💜

After a long search, my clients made the exciting decision to build their dream home with McQ Builders. Seeing them move from searching and considering their options to confidently choosing new construction is such a rewarding moment.

Real estate isn’t just about finding a house — sometimes it’s about helping clients recognize when a different path is the right one for them. I’m grateful to be beside them through the questions, decisions, contract process, and everything still to come.

Here’s to new construction, new beginnings, and a home created with their future in mind. 🏡✨

Thinking about building instead of buying an existing home? I’d be happy to help you understand the process and represent your interests from the very beginning.

I was so pleasantly surprised today when my seller’s presented me an unexpected gift for selling their home. They were such a wonderful couple to work with, and may God continue to bless them in their future endeavors. BTW, they even gave my husband a beautiful gift as well.❤️
