Today I’m out visiting a rental property to meet up with an exiting tenant. I’m conducting the move-out checklist for a military homeowner who manages her rental house from afar.

If you’re a landlord managing your own property from another state/country, it can be expensive to travel back in order to complete those necessary, in-person tasks! (move in/out walk-throughs, key turnovers, property checkups, supervision of home improvements or repairs, etc.) You can hire a local MILLIE Scout to perform a single task for you, potentially saving you a lot of money on travel/lodging, and also preventing you from asking your old friends and neighbors for too many favors!
