We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Julie Goodrich to the position of Controller for Development, Construction and Real Estate at Frye Properties!

Julie has been an invaluable member of our team for the past 14 years. She began her journey with us as the Construction and Real Estate Accountant for the East Beach community in Norfolk, and later played a crucial role in the Cavalier Residences project in Virginia Beach. Seven years ago, Julie transitioned seamlessly into the role of Assistant Controller, where her exceptional skills and dedication have shone brightly.
Julie is known not only for her meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic but also for her infectious enthusiasm, positive attitude, and friendly demeanor. She is a cherished colleague and a tremendous asset to our team.
