Story time. These clients reached out last summer saying they were ready to find the home that checks all of their boxes. The one where they could plant roots, make it their own and live there for many years to come. We knew what we were looking for was specific and would be few and far between. The beginning of March THE house finally hit the market. The one that checked their boxes and felt like home as soon as we walked through the front door. We submitted an offer and prayed. Unfortunately, we were beat out by another offer. Fast forward a months time to the day after they should have closed on that home and the contract fell through. Another chance. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Grateful for my support system, my family, my referral partners, and my colleagues who step in whenever I can’t be there. Grateful for my brokers who answer the call anytime, anywhere. And most of all, grateful for my clients. The ones who trust me with one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives, and the ones who trust me enough to refer their loved ones when they need help with real estate.

I am literally a proud mom right now. My 23 year old baby cousin BOUGHT A HOUSE!!! 🏡 ✨

She’s worked so hard, made smart decisions and did what was necessary to make such a smart investment at such a young age. Not many people can say they bought their first home in their early 20s.
