We’re proud to announce the groundbreaking of Phase III of Miller’s Rest Apartments in Lynchburg, Virginia!

This newest phase will add 160 affordable apartment homes, helping meet the growing need for quality housing in the Lynchburg community. Upon completion, Miller’s Rest will provide a total of 355 affordable homes for individuals and families earning between 20% and 80% of Area Median Income (AMI).

The community features one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, including ADA-accessible units, along with the modern amenities and energy-efficient design standards that residents have come to expect from Lawson developments.
