After a home inspection comes the report. It is our job to help you negotiate on your purchase to make sure you are comfortable moving forward on your new home. This is definitely a make or break part of your purchase. Either we will make sure you’re comfortable moving forward or comfortable walking away. Well worth the money spent on an inspection. We would never advise buying a house without having a home inspection done.

The worst part about buying a house…..

So what started off as a post on Facebook maybe two weeks ago in my neighborhood group asking about a house rental. They just got news they had to move after thinking they could stay for years. Just people in my neighborhood. Most of them I don’t know on personal level yet. I responded if they had thought about buying a house. Which they had thought about it but not now maybe a year or two. Never bought a house and had no idea what was involved or what to expect. Well they went from thinking about renting to getting the first offer they put out on the house they really wanted accepted. We were able to get their offer accepted with all of their closing costs covered and their down payment worked into the loan!!!! They will not have to bring a single dollar to the table for closing and will probably be getting some money back! We are honored and privileged to be able to help our clients. All closed up!! The seller was so crappy on this one we had to get him a new toilet seat for the house!! lol. Joking but serious. This was supposed to close weeks ago but the sellers were the worst. Didn’t have repairs done and were just out right unprofessional. But with some hard fighting and work with the other side we got it done. Always doing all we can for our clients.
