UNDER CONTRACT!! 🏡❤️

I could not be happier for my sellers!

This one has had a journey. After going under contract previously and having it fall through through no fault of my sellers, we regrouped, stayed patient, trusted the process, and kept believing the right buyer would come along.

And they did! We are officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

Next up, inspections, and then we keep checking those boxes all the way to the closing table.

Real estate doesn’t always follow a straight line, and sometimes getting to that UNDER CONTRACT sign means just a little bit more. ❤️

So incredibly happy for my sellers and thankful they trusted me through every step of this one!

Not a bad office view today!

Spending the morning in the Outer Banks while my buyer’s home inspection is underway. Getting some work done, enjoying the golf course view, and checking another step off the list on the way to closing.

One of my favorite things about real estate is that no two days ever look quite the same… and today, I’m definitely not complaining about the view!

I survived a full day of showings in the OBX on Labor Day weekend! 😂🌊🏡

And somehow we managed to get in 10 showings… YES, 10 different houses! 😅

It was such a fun and productive day and I think we FOUND THE ONE! ❤️

Now I’m working on the offer to get it submitted tomorrow! 🤞🏼🏡

This morning I woke up to the sweetest text from an amazing friend and client, and it was the perfect reminder of why I love what I do. ❤️
The last couple of weeks have been busy, crazy, and so incredibly rewarding. Real estate has definitely been real estating!

Yesterday alone looked like this:
🏡 A listing appointment for a home hitting the market in August.
🔑 A showing and an offer submitted for my buyer.
🏠 Picked up the keys for another home that will be hitting the market next week.
And the excitement doesn't stop there... as soon as my buyer finds her dream home, I'll be listing her current home too!

If someone had told me 10 years ago that I'd wake up every day excited to go to work, I honestly wouldn't have believed them. But here I am, doing something I truly love while helping people through one of the biggest moments of their lives. I couldn't be more grateful.

To everyone who has trusted me, referred me, cheered me on, or supported this journey... thank you. It truly means the world to me.
