Buying a home wasn’t actually the original plan!
📍264 Ferdinand Circle is officially SOLD!
When this buyer first reached out to our team, he was looking for a rental.
We sat down and looked at the bigger picture. Once we had all of the information in front of us, it became clear that buying was an option worth exploring for him.
Fast forward to closing day: he purchased his home using FHA financing, with 0% out of pocket toward his down payment and all of his closing costs covered. 🏡
That outcome isn’t going to be possible for every buyer, and buying isn’t always going to make more sense than renting. That’s exactly why we believe the conversation comes first. No strings attached.
Real estate has a lot of moving parts: financing, loan programs, negotiations, seller concessions, timelines, monthly payments, and upfront costs. You shouldn’t have to understand all of them before reaching out to someone. People often think our only job is to help you find a house once you are ready. In reality, most of our buyers and sellers require pre-planning that we help walk through!
Sometimes you just need a resource who can help you understand what your options actually are.
If you’re thinking about moving, renting, buying, or you genuinely have no idea which direction makes the most sense yet, that’s a perfectly good place to start the conversation.
Congratulations to our buyer on an exciting new chapter in Virginia Beach. 🔑
