🤗🫡🏡💪This is my buddy Kyle. Well one of these guys is my buddy Kyle, he’s in the green t shirt. The other two guys are also my buddies but they aren’t Kyle. Those guys are Mark and Andrew.
Anyhoo, Kyle Davis of Davis Car Care fame was the Seller of the first listing I ever closed back in 2015. He was kind and patient with me when I was a newbie back then, and he was gracious enough to let me help him buy again last month.
Kyle cares about two things: his family (as evidenced by words on his green t shirt) and his really great car shop at Davis Car Care. He actually did my window tinting recently and it was a fantastic experience. 10/10 will use them again for all my car service needs.

Reposting because we didn’t get a new pic when their listing closed, and it’s a good story ;)

Aroooound 10 years, I joined a gym called Crossfit Krypton in the area we had just moved to - Great Bridge. The earliest class time available back then was 6am, and that worked best for me because of kids and work. One of the fun things about Crossfit is you form a bond with the people you work out with because it’s usually the same folks at the same class times, and you’re subjecting yourselves to the same suffering. It’s psychotic and fantastic all at once.

We all had unique personalities and in some cases, nicknames. We had a really big former hockey player, we had a long haired jacked cave man looking guy, we had these two dudes who were really good that always partnered in competitions but tried to sneak their way into the scaled division, and so on. I was known, for better or worse, as: Late Mike. Why? Well, 6am was more of a guideline than a rule for me, and I might just stroll in at 6:05, 6:07, y’know, whatever. I was there.

One morning in 2017, this guy Barrett, who I’d become quite fond of, told us all he put an offer in on a house the night before. A few people looked my way and asked “Did you use Late Mike?” Judging from the abject defeat on my face, it was quite apparent that Barrett had not. Barrett looked at me and said “My bad man, I’ll definitely use you next time”.

And he did :)

And he and his lovely wife and their beautiful daughters closed on a perfect home with a huge detached garage and a couple acres to spare last month, as well as sold their former home this month.
