Edmond — $402,507 median price · 40 days on market
Norman — $301,302 median price · 55 days on market
Moore — $269,576 median price · 46 days on market
Oklahoma City — $337,850 median price · 43 days on market

⏱️ 55 days on market (plus 32 days to close — 87 days total list-to-close)
For perspective on price:
🏠 Edmond: $3,507 higher than DFW right now
🏠 Norman: $97,698 less than DFW
🏠 OKC: $61,150 less than DFW
🏠 Moore: $129,424 less than DFW
And on speed to sell, DFW's 55 days on market ties exactly with Norman — while Edmond is moving 15 days faster and still commanding a slightly higher price. OKC and Moore also outpace DFW, at 43 and 46 days.
