🏠 You can own a house in Oklahoma… and not own what’s underneath it.
Oklahoma’s oil & gas history means mineral rights can be separated from surface ownership.
Before buying rural or older Oklahoma property, it can be worth asking:
“Who actually owns the mineral rights?”
