Not all home sales are smooth and easy.

Sometimes there are real hurdles to navigate. These sellers hadn't lived in this home long and needed to maximize the sale.

To prep, we got really familiar with the market conditions and what that would look like financially for the sellers. We had to deal with some unfortunate hurdles through the due diligence period but through intentional negotiations with the buyers and pouring over the numbers the sellers were prepared for closing day.
