🐝✨ Buzz-Worthy Bites ✨🐝

This week, we buzzed over to Ichiban sushi bar&poke in Norman, just off Tecumseh and I-35! 🍣🌌

First things first - the ambiance in this cozy little spot is SO fun. The ceiling is covered in shooting stars and galaxy vibes, which makes for a pretty cool dining experience, even at lunch! It's probably even more magical at night! ✨

🥘 Hive Pick: The Poke Bowl - and I loved that you get to completely customize it!

I chose:
🍚 Sushi rice for my base
🌶️ Spicy tuna for my protein (the spicy tuna wins every time!)
🌱 Green onion + avocado for my mix-ins
🥢 Poke sauce
✨ And, of course, furikake for the topping!

There are plenty of other topping options too, with some included and some available for an additional charge.

We also tried the Crispy Kani, fried imitation crab and cream cheese, along with the Avocado Salad, and both were delicious!

🍣 Ichiban has an extensive sushi menu that we'll definitely be exploring on our next visit, plus they also offer hibachi for those who want something a little different.

If you're looking for a delicious meal with super fresh ingredients, Ichiban is definitely worth a visit! They also have an OKC location just off I-40 and MacArthur.
