Still working as Clifford Appraisals. Just doing the stuff that is interesting, or helpful for people. Not doing the mortgage side of things for the most part, don't wish to deal with government BS , underwriters or (unqualified) reviewers more than I have to. Thank you for your patronage and continued support. And I'm not working to deadlines pretty much. Hopefully another 25 years or so, but semi retired is good.

That is done. Had a public office front for 43 years. Turned in the keys today. The Lord gave me the business and it was a great run. Employed 5 appraisers and full time secretary and our hight. Employed lots of family and friends who I consider family. Still in business, just doing the retired sort, easy stuff, fun stuff and for family and church. Spending the rest of the time with my wife of 35 years, high school sweetheart of 48. Whatever time we have left together.

Upcoming photos. Have retired but not stopping work, just slowing down to take care of family business. Office is closed, but phone number is active and new jobs taken as I can. PO Box 720402, Norman, Ok 73072. for mailing. Its been a good 43 year run, but will still keep my hand in for a bit.
