May has been a busy and exciting month. I had the honor and pleasure of helping many families with the purchase and sale of their homes.
Four of these families were able to take advantage of up to $20,000 in grants and bringing as low as $168 to closing.
Another family was able to sell after going under contract in less than 5 days.
I also,
✅ Listed two more properties and one went under contract in less than 5 days with multiple offers.
✅ Went under contract on my Okemah listing
✅ Got my out of state buyers under contract
✅ Still waiting to close on my Blanchard small listing since the abstract was such a mess! 😖😮💨
