It all started when I bought my first house in Norman, OK for $39k. Growing up, my dad had a construction company, & I grew up with him constantly redoing our various homes. Coming home to a wall torn down, any random afternoon was typical, & I’m talking about exterior walls too! My first house had pink carpet & a terribly configured bathroom. The whole house was ugly, but it was built in 1930 so

it had great bones. Wood floors were under that stinky carpet, & after redoing the house, I sold it for a profit, & was on to the next one. After redoing another, & subcontracting a new construction, & selling both for profits during the 2008/09 housing crash, I decided I should get my real estate license. I've continued to renovate & sell homes for profit, while helping others maximize their profits when selling their homes, or helping clients choose houses to purchase that have good investment potential. I'm so glad I'm in real estate, I didn't grow up knowing that's what I wanted to do, I just did what I liked, and made a business out of it. I believe that I'm improving my community by improving the structures around me, as well as helping my clients pad their pocket books. When I take on a client I commit to treat them as I would any of my close friends or family members. I believe everyone in a transaction should be treated fairly and with honesty.

I bought another house… Figured this winter would be boring. There are dried maggots in the toilet & the utilities have been off a good while with a tenant living in there….. This is one of 2, or 3 I’ll be doing over the winter. This one is .6 miles to OU stadium so it’s gonna be a really good rental investment. It’s another tiny cottage at 700sf which is kinda my new favorite right now. I’m excited to make this cute 🤍
